Well not really. but heres what we know so far....

Heburkal spawns every 20 minutes just inside Junon Polis gates near Eva. To start the quest you need to talk to either of the 2 gate guards. They tell you to kill 5 monsters and return proofs to them. When Heburkal spawns, he will also be accompanied by what looks to be nearly 50 minions. Killing a minion will get you a proof. You need 5. Be warned, anyone within aoe range of heburkal will have mdef dropped. Doesnt matter hes pretty easy even solo. He has also been seen to drop "wicked" items. Ive seen hat and wand so far. Cant confirm if there are others. Take the 5 proofs back to the guards. *NOTE* you must turn in during daytime not nightfall in order to receive a trick or treat bag. Doing this quest multiple times will get you candy bags or grab bags after first run. Also sometimes hordes of spiders will spawn instead of Heburkal and his minions. Spiders still count as proofs.

You can use the trick or treat bag in zant by speaking w NPCs. Again it must be equipped and it must be at night. You get scrolls, candy or grab bags from ive gotten so far. So far ive found that after youve gotten candy or bag from one npc, they will never give you another. Can anyone else confirm this?

Each faction has a new NPC located near them in Junon Polis. speaking w them, in no particular order will mention above quest. It will also mention something about ancient followers of Heburn who ride starnge mounts.

That brings us to the strange traveller in Adventure plains. Speak w her. do some back and forth w her and the girl to her right a few yards away. You will eventually be told to go get some items. You need 6 blood jelly from, yes you guessed it, blood jellies. 5 pieces from stone walkers and one cowboy hat from a cowboy pumpkin. Bring the items back and see the lady w the turtle. She will give u a note. Take all the items and the note to Medleria or whatever her name is a few yards away. Go back to the traveller and she will reward you w a backpack. She tells you about the great pumpkin but he doesnt spawn there in the patch.

The great Pumpkin spawns in Desert of the Dead. Havent done that part so I cant comment on that. while in DoD you will also want to talk to Haryy the ghost. He will give you a quest. Go kill pumpkins and collect 100 seeds and return them to him. He will reward you with a pumpkin hat.

Am I missing anything? Has anyone found anything else for this event?

As far as the droppable items, I spent nearly 2 hrs in the temple and not one item dropped to an aoe mage from this event. However ive seen lowbies get all the new drops in a matter of minutes. So I dont know the secret to that.

One last thing. There are already many vendors trying to profit on the unknowing by selling the gravemarker coupons and the no xp coupons. Do not buy from them as you can get them for a tenth of the cost from the food npcs in each city.
